Join us for the 2026 Annual E-Type Register SPRING RUN.

This year, we will tour the iconic Gippsland Lakes district and beyond (Alpine Road) over a weekend of great driving and socialising.

 

PROGRAM OUTLINE (at this stage)

 

• Friday Night: Central Hotel
• Saturday Lunch: Metung Hotel (Drive)
• Saturday Night: Albert & Co (Next to Bellevue)
• Sunday Lunch: Great Alpine Rd (Drive)
• Sunday Night: RSL next to Glenara Motel

A variety of ground floor rooms are on hold at this, our primary venue.

Phone the Bellevue directly and quote our special Booking Code to get the “negotiated" rates for the Rooms that are on HOLD.

 

If entrants are booking online, you need to check the booking conditions. They may show cheaper rates but have a stricter cancellation policy.

Phoning Bellevue direct and quoting our Register Booking Code 1817935 will not necessarily be the cheapest, but your booking is held with a low $100 bond,

and a 30 day cancellation policy.

 

Bellevue Room Options & Nightly Rates:

• $181 - GUEST ROOMS: There are 32 “Guest” Hotel style rooms. All guest rooms feature a King size bed and a single bed. 2 Mobility rooms with handrails in the bathroom and a roll in shower. 16 ground floor and 16 first floor rooms
• $203 - SPA SUITES: Executive, Courtyard or Lake View - 17 in total, all with king size beds. 7 on ground and 10 upstairs. Some offer balconies or lake views.
• $218 - STUDIO SPA SUITES: Feature kitchenettes and ground floor courtyards.
• $238 - TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS: 10 in total with 3 on the ground floor, 4 on 2^nd floor and 3 on the 3^rd floor.

(Please note: All upper floors are stair access only)

The following are some alternatives in the area should you be interested, with indicative distances from the primary accommodation and gathering venue.

2. Lakeside Motel Waterfront: 164 Marine Pde. Ph 03 5155 1811 (about 430m from Bellevue)

• Register: As always, you MUST register ASAP on Member Jungle or notify Jenni or Michael as per above.
• Book Accommodation: You are free to choose the accommodation option that suits you and are responsible for payment direct with your chosen venue. You can arrive earlier and/or stay longer if you wish. Please let Jenni or Michael when you have booked.
• Trip Booking Form: Michael will provide to confirmed attendees in due course. Payments will be required in advance of the weekend.
• Departure point: For those that wish to travel in convoy to Lakes Entrance on the Friday morning, it is likely we will muster at 9am on Friday 2^nd October (for a 9.30am departure), at the BP Truckstop, Princes Fwy (Outbound / Eastbound), Officer – Final details will be confirmed well before the event.
