Renewals
Club Permit Renewal Process
Send your completed renewal paperwork to the Club’s Street address:
Club Permit Officer
Jaguar Car Club of Victoria
23 Rosalie Street,
Springvale, VIC 3171.
- Once signed, a copy of your renewal will be kept for mandatory Club record-keeping purposes. For this reason, renewals cannot be signed at Club runs or social events.
- Renewals and new applications can be processed in person at monthly Club General Meetings held in the Clubrooms.
- If posting, send your renewal intact, including the windscreen sticker and a stamped, self-addressed envelope (with the correct postage stamp) as early as possible after you have received it from VicRoads to avoid a last-minute rush. If you require tracking, please use Express Post rather than Registered Mail, as Registered Mail requires a receiver signature, which means personal attendance at the Post Office in the busy Springvale shopping centre, and this will delay turnaround, sometimes by several days.
- The Club Permit Officer will endeavour to provide the fastest possible turnaround for all new applications and renewals. Your assistance in ensuring that all renewal paperwork is sent in promptly with provision for return postage would be appreciated.
For any questions, please contact the Club Permit Officer at clubpermit@jagvic.org.au or by phone as listed in CLUB CONTACTS in our monthly CAT-A-LOG magazine, as well as on this website under About / Club Officers.
